1. Eligibility
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
2. Promotional Period
Promotion commences Monday, 8 December 2025 and closes 11:59 pm AEDT on Thursday, 22 January 2026 ("Promotional Period").
3. How to Enter
To be eligible to enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period:
- Purchase any Dunlop tennis product from an authorised Australian retailer; and
- Submit an entry at https://au.dunlopsports.com/ao including:
- Full name
- Email address
- Address
- In 25 words or less, tell us "Why you would like to go to the Australian Open."
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
Entrants must retain their purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Only the winners will be required to show proof of purchase to confirm eligibility.
Purchases must be made in Australia during the Promotional Period.
4. Game of Skill
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on creativity, originality, and alignment with the spirit of the promotion. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for the content they submit ("Content"). The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for such Content, to the full extent permitted by law. The Promoter may remove any Content without notice for any reason. Entrants warrant and agree that:
- they will not submit any Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate;
- they have obtained all necessary permissions from any person appearing in or contributing to the Content;
- their Content will not infringe any third-party rights or contain viruses or harmful material; and
- they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Judging and Winner Notification
Judging will take place on Friday, 23 January 2026 at Unit 2, 707 Forest Road, Peakhurst NSW 2210.
Winners will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the judging date.
If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within five (5) business days, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next best valid entry, as determined by the judges.
6. Prize Details
There is one (1) major prize to be won, consisting of:
- 2 x tickets to the Australian Open (RRP: $9,328)
- Return flights for two people (interstate winners only) – RRP: $700
- 2 nights' accommodation for two people – RRP: $600
Flights are only provided for interstate winners. Accommodation is included for the winner regardless of location.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
All other expenses, including meals, transport (excluding flights), and incidentals, are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Prize Fulfilment
To claim the prize, winners must provide their full name and email address, and provide proof of purchase.
Tickets will be digitally issued via the Ticketmaster portal.
Flights and accommodation will be arranged directly with the winner by the Promoter or its nominated travel provider.
8. Liability and General Conditions
If this promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, loss, or damage (including loss of opportunity) arising out of or in connection with this promotion or any prize.
9. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may disclose such information to third parties (including prize suppliers and agents) for the purpose of fulfilling prizes.
Entry is conditional on providing this information. If the entrant opts-in, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes. Entrants should direct any requests to access, update, or correct their information to the Promoter.
